All products sold by RSS Defense Corp / Florida Scimitar Outfitters (FSO) / SilentTacticians are print-on-demand, custom-made items produced and fulfilled by third-party partners.
Because each item is made specifically for the customer at the time of order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL except in cases of manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors.
We DO NOT accept returns or issue refunds for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, color preference, fit issues, or minor variations in print placement.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, you must contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.
Requests submitted after 7 days from delivery will not be reviewed or approved.
